The Supervisory Board

Stadtwerke Bonn GmbH is wholly-owned by the City of Bonn. The Group has a twelve member-Supervisory Board with equal representation in accordance with the German Workers Co determination Act (Mitbestimmungsgesetz – MitbestG). That means: The Municipal Council of Bonn delegates six members to the Supervisory Board and the other six members are elected from among the employees of the SWB Group.
